George Kriza
Chairman & Founder

George is a passionate thought-leader in the area of incentives and a visionary for driving sales through innovative reward programs in the IT industry. He has driven change in SPIFF management solutions for 15 years and is recognized within the industry for his creative and pragmatic approach to driving top line growth for our clients. His broad perspective brings a unique view to every aspect of who we are and what we do.

George has over 30 years experience in the personal computer and consumer electronics industries. Since founding MTCPerformance, 14 years ago, he has focused on web-based technologies designed to break new ground in facilitating the success of incentive programs. This focus has yielded several major online incentive management offerings, including SpiffCENTRAL™ Channel Manager, SpiffCENTRAL™ Vendor Manager, ChannelVIEW™, VendorVIEW™ and KnowledgeBuilder™.

His technology, sales and marketing expertise, combined with keen analytical skills, have enabled him to provide direction to many other corporations looking for a faster track along their marketing curve. Sony, Apple Computer, ITT Corporation, Panasonic, Creative Labs, and Proxima are just a few of the companies that have utilized George’s experience.

Harry Zoberman
President & CEO

Harry is charged with guiding MTCPerformance through the next phase of growth and innovation. He brings boundless enthusiasm along with a wealth of experience in organizational management, channel sales and software development. His track record of driving change and leading growth-oriented technology solutions to market is what has sets him apart.

Harry’s understanding of the needs of the IT channel community is derived from his 17 years on the Executive Team at ASAP Software, now part of Dell Computer. He joined ASAP in its early stages in 1989 and was instrumental in helping ASAP become an industry leader in creating value and differentiation strategies for the reseller community. He has served on numerous vendor and trade advisory boards and brings his reputation for passionate and caring leadership to MTCPerformance.

Harry also worked as a full time consultant for Sterling Partners, a Chicago-based equity investor group. He started his career with McMaster Carr Supply Company, one of the nation’s largest distributors of industrial products, long recognized for its operational excellence. During his 8 years there, Harry served in numerous capacities including director-level positions in purchasing, sales and finance.

Harry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Jim Leo
Vice President, Finance & Operations

Jim directs the company’s day to day operations and finance team. He is charged with managing the resources and systems that allow us to realize all of our goals, on-time and on-budget. His love for order and measurability keep us all moving full-speed-ahead. Jim has a 20-plus year track record of success in start-ups, M&A, turnarounds, team development and leadership, with both private and public companies.

He spent the bulk of his career with Laidlaw Transit, where he eventually became Vice President of Financial Operations and Director of IT. While earning his MBA, he ran the Illinois Ambulance Operations for Laidlaw Transit. He has also started several successful ventures in food service and photography.

Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from McMaster University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. His professional credentials include an Illinois CPA designation, and an Ontario, Canada CA designation.

Cary Goldman
Vice President, Sales

Cary heads our growing sales organization. He’s passionate about our SpiffCENTRAL™ solutions and loves to engage with clients and prospects. He brings a 20-plus year track record of success in the IT industry, with a focus on business expansion in new and emerging markets.

Prior to joining MTCPerformance, Cary spent over 20 years with Dell / ASAP Software. For the past 9 years he has held VP roles overseeing ASAP’s European Union expansion and growing their hardware business. Most recently, he lead the charge to introduce Dell / ASAP to the small and mid-size marketplace.

Cary holds bachelor’s degree in marketing from Iowa State University and an MBA from the Keller School of Management with a focus on international business.

Travis Kriza
Vice President, Product Development and Senior Technologist

Travis is responsible for the SpiffCENTRAL™ product line. He also oversees our IT infrastructure and manages all technology partners. His ingenuity and clear perspective have been drivers in our organization from its beginning.

Travis is both a high order technologist and software solution architect. He has been intimately involved in the revolutionary application of business process management and workflow tools that have facilitated new levels of collaboration in the channel community and dramatically modernized the speed and efficiency of creating and deploying powerful sales incentive programs.

His contributions began as a founding member of the organization in 1994. In 1997, he designed and implemented our first prepaid card incentive claims system, including integration with the sponsor bank’s mainframe systems. By age 22, he had successfully designed and deployed the original SpiffCENTRAL Channel Manager solution. In 2004, He was the architect of the original SpiffCENTRAL Vendor Manager system, now in use by many multi-billion dollar reseller organizations, and hundreds of technology manufacturers.

Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Engineering.

Christopher J. Slee
Vice President, Applications

As captain of our application development teams, Chris keeps our online solutions moving toward the future. His mission is to ensure products that are timely and adhere to established standards for optimum usability and flexibility. With a talent for process management that rivals his top-level technical skills, he’s a perfect fit for the job.

Chris’ 25-plus years of experience began at CSC Consulting, where he eventually became a senior partner. After a stint as Vice President of Dunn Solutions Group, he founded B3ip Incorporated, Consulting, which offered software integration and business management solutions to distributors and hi-tech firms.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Brunel University (UK) and an MBA from Roosevelt University. He has also served al a plenary speaker for the e-Business Strategy program at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
