Global Semiconductor Manufacturer Needed a Spiff Management Solution Developed and Launched in Only Two Weeks.

The Challenge

A leader in semiconductor design and manufacturing needed an online spiff management program for a single division that was scalable to include the entire company. They required a custom animated element to maintain branding standards. They also needed expanded registration capabilities and didn’t have the people-power to handle initial set-up. What’s more, they needed a solution delivered in two weeks.

Our SpiffCENTRAL™ Channel Manager solution gave them the ability to manage the single division’s incentive programs online and to easily add other divisions in the future. Our development team got to work immediately, creating a custom site design that integrated the client’s signature animation. They also modified the SpiffCENTRAL registration solution to meet their special requirements.

An MTCPerformance project manager stepped in to help the client fill the gap in program set-up. She worked with them to gather all necessary content and did all the uploads and data-entry. At the same time, she ensured that the project stayed on the fast track.

The Results

Within two weeks of selecting MTCPerformance the client had a SpiffCENTRAL Channel manager site up and running. One week later the registrations started rolling in and within 45 days, 65% of their targeted audience had signed up to participate in their spiff programs. The pilot program was so successful that within two months of launch, new divisions were lining up to migrate their channel incentive programs to the SpiffCENTRAL Channel Manager platform.
